Welcome to Westminster Chariots. By booking or using our services, including luxury car service, airport transportation, private SUV service, limousine sedan transportation, or any other travel arrangement, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. General Terms
By accessing or using our website or hiring our transportation services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into a binding agreement. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, refused, or discontinued at our discretion.
2. Reservations & Booking
All bookings must include accurate passenger information, pick-up details, and payment information. Reservation confirmations will be sent via email or SMS.
We reserve the right to decline bookings that contain incomplete or incorrect details.
2.1 Payment Policy
- All rides must be paid for using a valid credit or debit card.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, or upgrades.
- Pricing may vary based on vehicle type, including luxury sedans, luxurious SUVs, and specialty vehicles.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellation Window
- Sedan & SUV Services: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
- Special vehicles or peak-hour bookings: Require 48 hours’ notice.
3.2 Late Cancellations
Cancellations made outside the allowed window will incur a 100% charge of the total fare.
3.3 No-Show Policy
A ride is considered a no-show if the passenger is not present at the pick-up location within:
- 15 minutes for non-airport trips
- 60 minutes after flight arrival for airport pick-ups
No-shows are charged the full fare.
4. Service Conditions
4.1 Vehicle Use
Passengers must respect the cleanliness and integrity of our luxury vehicles.
Fees may apply for damage, spills, or excessive cleaning.
4.2 Safety Rules
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
- Our chauffeurs have the right to refuse service if a passenger’s behavior compromises safety.
5. Airport Pick-Ups
Passengers must provide accurate flight information. We monitor flights and adjust pick-up times accordingly; however, we are not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes not communicated to us.
6. Liability
While we strive to offer top-notch, reliable, and safe transportation, Westminster Chariots is not responsible for:
- Items lost or left behind in vehicles
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or events beyond our control
- Missed flights, appointments, or connections due to circumstances outside our responsibility
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the fare paid.
7. Conduct & Prohibited Behavior
Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and vehicles.
The following are prohibited:
- Smoking (including vaping)
- Consumption of illegal substances
- Disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behavior
A violation may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
8. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, share, or misuse customer data.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, depending on where the service is performed.
